26th November – How to Build a High Performance Culture in a Hybrid World

In this second session, Pecan will share insights and frameworks to

  • Understand what ‘culture’ is – what shapes it and what shifts it
  • Identify the unwritten rules in your team or organisation
  • Prioritise the levers to pull to create a sustainable shift in culture
  • Share best practice approaches to building high-performance culture remotely
  • Appreciate the ‘watch-outs’ when evolving culture remotely and how to overcome them

10th December – How to Play to Your Strengths for Growth and Resilience

In this third session, Pecan will share insights and frameworks to

  • Understand why playing to strengths is critical to growth and resilience
  • Start to identify your own strengths and the value they bring to your team and organisation’s success
  • Share best practice approaches to building strengths-based, high-performance teams
  • Appreciate the ‘watch-outs’ when playing to strengths and how to overcome them

Ella Overshott

Ella has over 25 years’ experience in sales and operational leadership, culture change, employee engagement and coaching. Working across sectors including higher education, general retail, financial services, utilities and social enterprise, her background brings a practicality and commercial focus to the challenge of creating organisations where people love to work and clients love to do business. As director of a fast growth business over the last 7 years, serving multiple clients whilst bringing up a family, Ella appreciates the energy and balance required for sustained, healthy performance. Wellbeing, resilience and quality relationships are at the heart of achieving great results.

Andy Loveless

Andy has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, business development and organisational change across a variety of industry sectors including financial services, higher education, fintech, utilities, construction and not for profit. He has a depth of experience in bringing about performance improvement and culture change.  He has been a director of fast growth businesses over the last 20 years and his business career experience includes coaching, management consultancy, business development, training and marketing.
