Friday 14th August – Lunch and Learn with Rachel Maunder

Lockdown in 2020 has seen so many goals and aspirations go on hold.

When that happens, for whatever reason, it’s hugely challenging to maintain the same level of drive, focus and performance in order that those goals can be fulfilled when the opportunity arises again.

Disappointment, self-doubt and lack of motivation all creep in, making that same goal seem so much further away as to be no longer attainable.

In her session Rachel will take you through 4 pillars for keeping those dreams alive, to help you prioritise your focus and effort, restore or maintain confidence and self-belief as well as your level of performance in preparation for taking those opportunities as they re-appear.

Aware of how many goals and aspirations have gone on hold due to lockdown, she took a side-step from her main business offering and put together a process aimed at inspiring her listeners to stay focused and confident in their own ability.

Also an experienced speaker and trainer herself, Rachel coaches and trains speakers, and specialises in confident communication and using personal stories in speaking.
