Grief affects us all at some stage, so please join Counsellor Susan Carr and Sally Penni MBE, for this important wellbeing webinar.

Susan’s story:

It was as a client that I first discovered counselling after experiencing work related stress in my first career as a commercial litigation solicitor. One of the reasons for entering law was to help people and part of the problem was that I wasn’t helping people in the way that I had envisaged. Through my own experience of counselling I realised that I could use my listening skills in a different way and so decided to re-train, qualifying in 2012.

I have worked both in the NHS and the charitable sector and now have my own private practice working with individuals and businesses as well as being an affiliate counsellor for a number of Employee Assistance Programmes. I work with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, low confidence and self-esteem, relationship issues, bullying, health conditions and personal development.
